The stay here was real good for 2 nights. The staff there were dedicated and knowledgeable. The double room we stayed in was newly decorated with a lovely view. The provided breakfast was freshly cooked with all served in pleasant surroundings and hot dishes, for example.

We liked this hotel, it was clean with an incredible and always welcoming staff.

Facilities were very good, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Location just off shopping destinations and main attractions and city centre. Unbeatable and incredible location, savoury breakfast with continental options, fresh pastries plus hot dishes.

Decent sized, newly remodelled room, knowledgeable staff from a most irritating Sixt member of staff. Central location to the harbourside area too, freshly cooked breakfast. Fab food in the 24-hour restaurant in the vicinity.

Not good area.

The twin room was huge and double superior. The breakfast was comprehensive, a huge variety of well presented food. The hotel had a very central position just off Chepstow, indoor markets as well as walking distance of main shops and entertainment complex. It also was in Bristol area. Enjoyed a comfortable stay, I will be back.

Everything was modern, the English breakfast was totally worth it. We requested a king room with beautiful view and were completely satisfied.

This hotel was nicely appointed and top quality with very informative staff on check-out.

The room was both newly remodelled and decent sized with an excellent bed, balcony and a bath. The hotel was in a perfect and incredible position next to storage space, the train station and shops and the nearby shopping.

As for me, the area was not good.

The king room was newly decorated, included a large shower and a separate shower. Fresh English breakfast with decaf coffee and all the food was outstanding. The hotel's location was central, to main shops.

Nicely furnished, stylish units provided with a nice extra touch, an excellent bed, good view. Very informative employees on check-out. Fantastic, magnificent location in Bristol, right by a massive roundabout, and shops and a short walk to harbour side.

By and large, it was well-appointed and well priced place with particularly helpful staff on check-out.

My must haves' are a beautifully maintained, brand-new room with a large bathroom, fridge, for instance. The breakfast is freshly cooked with special customized Omelette and poached eggs, as for instance, lots to choose from.
